All return requests must be processed on our website via your customer account. Please do not ship any items back to us without receiving prior approval.

We accept returns for a cash refund and exchange defective products.

- Exchange defective products :

Return the item is in brand new unused condition and we will replace the item at our expense.

- Return for a cash refund:

Charge a 20% restocking fee and return the item is in brand new unused condition.

In both cases, All items can have 14 days cooling-off period when customers receive their products. And all items should be in the same condition as when you received them. We are happy to provide returns and exchanges for international orders.

We also recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we will receive your returned item.
